Yup, it was on the 16th of January 2010, where Brandon, out of the blue, dropped a simple 'hye' on FB chat. And with reasons unknown, Noddy was very happy that Brandon finally approached her that day. She has heard of him before, a brother to one of her juniors, and a friend to one of her best-friends, and had always wondered what it would be like to be his friend. She said hye back with a smile across her face, and that was how it all started officially.
And so, they started talking about the simple things in life. But what surprised both of them was how the conversation went from not knowing each other, to as if they've known each other for years! The comfort came at an instance, and before you know it, they couldn't stop talking about soo many things. It became very easy to talk to each other that Brandon decided to open up to Noddy starting with the fact that he was actually not in a good state. He thought that talking to a stranger might help him in a way, and that was why he approached Noddy in the first place. He was troubled by something, something he couldn't tell Noddy at that time. Noddy was surely curious alright, but she didn't push him into telling her, and instead told him that if there's anything, she's all ears :) He said okay, and requested a song for Noddy to play on the piano instead. What he did not know tho, was how concern she very was, about him. Funny, she barely even knows this guy at that time and yet she got very worried, that she asked her best-friend to check up on him after the conversation ended.
That night, Noddy worked on the song he requested and post it on youtube

The next day, Noddy sent the link to Brandon's FB inbox, and thats when they started e-mailing each other. They were looooooong messages olright, its as if writing an essay everytime they reply each other. Like i said, they have sooo many things to talk about, and what's cool is how both are musically inclined :)
This was also the day his sister text Noddy, to ask Noddy's permission if whether or not she could give Noddy's number to her brother. Noddy was totally surprised by this, and decided to take his number instead, and told the sister that she'll contact him later. She did, but there was no reply..

After that one e-mail on FB, they kept on e-mailing each other as i've mentioned before. And it was in one of the e-mails (and i think it was on a Friday, 22/1/2010), when Brandon mentioned of how he asked his sister to ask for Noddy's permission for her number, instead she took his, and yet till that day, he never received anything. Noddy was shocked for she thought she was the one waiting for a reply and not the other way around. It so happened that the sister gave Noddy the wrong number, LOL, and on the 23rd of January was when Noddy first text Brandon on his phone.
And so they kept texting through out the day, until a point where Brandon came up the idea of exchanging CDs. As i've mentioned before, both of them are so musically inclined, and they listen to the same type of songs! :) Noddy couldn't say no to this of course, but the problem at that time was to figure out HOW to exchange these CDS, LOL. Oh, and i think i've missed out the fact that both of them HAVE NOT MET EACH OTHER. Yeaa.. so that was why it was an issue. And for Noddy, as she had her past at the back of her mind, and was trying her best not to associate herself with unnecessary boy-girl drama, she was a bit not keen with the idea of meeting each other at that very moment. So when Brandon asked for suggestions, Noddy gave the idea of posting the CDs LOL!! Reason being as what i've just said just now, and also that she thought it'd be totally awesome to do something like that with an unknown guy. Something different and yet sweet in a way. When she proposed that idea to Brandon, she was expecting Brandon to say how ridiculous the idea was, but she was totally wrong. Instead, Brandon thought of the same thing too!! (Yea, later in my story, they'll discover that somehow they also have this telepathy-chemistry kinda a thing, where they tend to think of the same things at the same time haha weird but cool).
But then, Brandon came up with another brilliant idea. Since both of them live nearby, Brandon was thinking of playing a mini-treasure hunt game, where he'd put his CDs somewhere random, he'll give Noddy the clues to that place, and Noddy would have to search for them. And it goes both ways. Noddy was blown away by the suggestion, she totally LOVED the IDEA!!! Boy, you do not know how loooong she's been searching for someone to do these crazy ideas with, lol. She'd thought she would have to go to another country in order to find someone, but who'd thought she had someone in her own neighbourhood huh? Life and its funny ways :)
